Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team at TerraCycle Foundation. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting to support our mission-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for environmental conservation.

Primary Responsibilities

Financial Management

Manage all day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation to support transparency and accountability
Budgeting and Forecasting

Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and initiatives
Monitor budget performance and provide reports to management on variances and financial trends
Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Conduct financial analysis to inform decision-making and strategic planning
Compliance and Audit

Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and organizational policies
Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and assist in the preparation of necessary documentation
Grant Management

Track and report on grant expenditures and ensure proper allocation of funds in accordance with grant requirements
Prepare financial reports for grant applications and reporting to funders
Payroll and Tax Calculations

Prepare and submit bimonthly payroll
Prepare SSO and other tax deductions as required.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and organizational policies
Inventory Management

Monitor and record inventory from both staff reports and company inventory
Requirements
Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a non-profit or social sector organization
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including familiarity with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) and CRM systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Written and verbal fluency in Thai is required.
A passion for environmental conservation and knowledge of the non-profit sector is preferred.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support professional to join our team at TerraCycle Foundation. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales and fundraising initiatives by providing administrative assistance, managing donor relations, and helping to streamline processes that enhance our outreach efforts. Primary Responsibilities

Administrative Support

Support Executive Director with sales and fundraising, including managing their schedule and correspondence
Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, contributions, and sales activities in our CRM system
Aid with government relations to secure permits, permissions, and support for our project
Donor and Client Relations

Assist in the preparation of donor proposals, presentations, and reports
Research and evaluate grants, sponsorship, and donor opportunities
Provide excellent customer service to donors, sponsors, and partners by responding to inquiries and providing relevant information about TerraCycle Foundation's initiatives
Data Management and Reporting

Analyze and compile sales and fundraising data to prepare regular reports on outreach efforts and performance metrics
